4/13/24: We have been notified by one of our primary suppliers that they have experienced a higher than normal iron concentration in their lines that may impact water provided to LVRWD10. If you notice an orange tint in your water, please notify us at rwd10@conleysandu.com or contact Steve Conley at 785-423-0987. The issue is cosmetic in nature and not a health risk so no additional precautions are necessary. However, we are working to flush lines to reduce the problem and apologize for any inconvenience.
Leavenworth County Rural Water District 10 was founded in 1974 to provide drinking water to patrons in parts of Reno and Sherman Townships in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Governance is provided by a seven member Board of Directors elected by patrons of the District. The Board of Directors employs an independent contractor to oversee day-to-day operation and administration.
