Rural Water District 10 is located in southern Leavenworth County and serves Reno township. We are adjacent to Leavenworth RWD 7 to the east and Jefferson County RWD 13 to the west. RWD 10 does not produce it’s own water, but is supplied by Suburban Water and Jefferson Rural Water District 13. The District works closely with our suppliers to ensure compliance and quality of water. If there are ever any concerns regarding water quality, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may follow up with our suppliers for resolution.
RWD 10 is managed by a seven-member board that oversees usage rates and distribution of water in the district. The board employs Conley Sitework & Utilities, an independent contractor, to oversee the business of the District under the general control, supervision and direction of the Board.
