New Water Service
Customers seeking new water service (purchase and installation of a new meter) should first contact RWD 10 to confirm availability.
If service is available, the following steps must be completed before meter installation can be scheduled:
- Submit the online Application for Water Service/Transfer of Service
- Sign and provide to RWD 10 the Water User Agreement
- Submit Payment for New Benefit Unit and if applicable, Bore Fee
Transfer Service
Customers seeking a transfer of service into their name only need to complete the Application for Water Service/Transfer of Service form below.
Stop Service / Sale of Property
To stop service, contact our office.
If you are selling your property, please be sure to notify the office, so that we may schedule a read out of the meter as soon as the closing date/possession will be given to the new owner. Until the unit is formally transferred, the original holder shall be responsible for payment of service.
Please note: All outstanding charges must be paid in full before a benefit unit can be transferred or service reinstated following a suspension.
